Warehouse Shipping Requirements

Businesses sending products to our logistics network must ensure their shipments meet warehouse handling requirements. Proper shipment preparation allows inventory to be received, stored, and processed efficiently.

Accepted Products

Products shipped to warehouse locations must be properly packaged and labeled. Accepted shipments may include:

  • retail inventory
  • packaged consumer products
  • apparel and accessories
  • sealed cosmetic products
  • dry and packaged food products
  • household goods

Products requiring refrigeration or freezer storage are not accepted at this time.

Packaging Requirements

To ensure safe handling, shipments must follow proper packaging standards. These include:

Durable Boxes

Use high quality durable shipping boxes that withstand weight and movement during transit.

Sealed Units

All inventory must utilize sealed packaging to prevent contents from spilling or being exposed.

Protection

Apply protective packing materials like bubble wrap or foam to secure fragile or loose items.

Secure Labeling

Ensure labeling is secure and legible, including all required sender and business information.

Improperly packaged shipments may be refused.

Labeling Requirements

All shipments must include:

sender information

business name

shipment reference number (if provided)

accurate product description

Proper labeling ensures inventory is received and processed correctly.

Storage Terms

Product Type & Volume

Inventory storage may depend on product type, volume, and storage duration.

Pricing & Capacity

Storage pricing and availability may vary based on warehouse capacity.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure their shipments comply with international shipping laws and product safety regulations. Evolve Biz Hub coordinates logistics services but does not operate as the shipping carrier.
